hey,
congratulations on your 30-day fast. & on keeping the weight off and even losing more afterward. Especially on that.

I wanted to thank you for mentioning hair loss. This is one of those things that "anti-fasting" people in my life would try to make me feel afraid about. I know it is nothing to fear now. This really helps me as I prepare for my next fast. I am trying to achieve a longer fast. (at least 2 weeks)
