This seemed to work for me. It's the Hulda Clark methodolgy. I like Glaxony's approach, take as much as you can tolerate. If too much, back off.

Have you read everything at the beginning of this forum...Description, Rules, etc. There is a wealth of information, follow all of the links and read those also. I don't know if there is a right answer. You need to read and decide for yourself. Everyone's experiences are going to be different.

I started out at 2 tsp of Black Hull Tincture, and skipped the drops.

in 1/2 cup water 1 time a day 3 times a day
Black Walnut Wormwood Clove
Hull Tincture Capsule Capsule
