Oh really? Where are all these stories of people dying from fasting?

In Dr. Hazzard's book "Scientific Fasting" she claims to have fasted over 35,000 patients with only 11 deaths. These she describes each autopsy and showed that in each case there was major internal defects in the deceased. Many of Dr. Hazard's patients had been given up on by conventional medicine, so despite having the odds stacked against her, the results were nothing less than phenomenal.
