That's disgusting. I wonder though, how long it takes to actually build up the resistance to the herbs? I mean-two people tell me to go for three months straight, and then stop, and then other people say go one month and take OFF three months. So confusing! What can I take to get rid of them in the meantime? I've taken all the "in-between" herbs, and they do nothing at all.
