Look in a mirror at your OMNIVORE teeth and go find a source for clean beef. Eat like people did 100 years ago. Include fat, from clean sources, in your diet. CLEAN,HUMANELY RAISED beef and raw dairy ARE ESSENTIAL for good health. Go to WESTON PRICE FOUNDATION website and learn the truth. Having said this, there is a lot of good info in the long post above. It just drives home the need for CLEAN sources of meat. Don't outguess nature.
