I tested it that night. It was bad. Very very bad. haha.
Im just gonna stick to the capsules. After yesterdays flush, I already decided Im going to skip the morning epsoms from now on and just do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) instead. So taking two doses in the caps at night wont be so bad.
