My exhausted head hit the pillow about 7:00 PM New Year's Eve. I just have to accept on faith that it is now 2008! I admit to using some melatonin and GABA to get drowsy, plus the GABA seems to help keep my legs from going into spasms most of the time. It got very cold for Arkansas and of course the dogs felt they needed to snuggle against me for warmth. Tonight the dogs are in the doghouse figuratively speaking because they found my organic sesame oil, and finished it off, on the bed! So much for oil pulling for a couple of weeks, that stuff is expensive.

Let us not only hope, but believe that the coming year will be one for healing, understanding, learning, and being an instrument for peace and positive change.
