She says to put green Black-Walnut hull in the lemon juice and olive oil, so yes, you could do that. It is important to fast, in order for the Liver Flush to work. You may have to refrain from any other deworming you are doing for a day or two before you flush, especially if it contains psyllium, or calls for for something that would interfere with the action of the olive oil and orange juice on the liver.

Short answer: Not sure, kinda depends.
