Hey i found out after many tests that i have a tight bladder neck and a bladder half the size of a normal one , Maybe this is what is causing the fluids in my abdominal that i can hear ? I have lower abdominal pain and I have feelings of need to go to the bathroom again after i just have finished , but there is nothing there ,and i am pretty sure i am not crazy , Was wondering if they were anything natural out there that can help me with this ? also my gential area itches , Std perhaps ? any commens ?
