I have adrenal fatigue and it did worry me a bit when I started mms. For that reason I had intended to move very slowly, but cause I didn't experience any problems, I have successfully upped my dosage by a drop a day. 9 drops tonight and still no negative affects. I wouldn't exactly say that I have had any positive affects yet either, but I am still hopeful.

I think that if you were experiencing any serious detox symptoms it would just be a case of backing of the drops and going slower.
