ive been wanting to start drinking tea at work in the afternoon. My main reason is just to warm up really, but if i can get something healthy i get 2 birds with one stone.

i knew that most common store bought teas are really no good for you, i read a bit on the tea forum but im still not sure what to get.

im looking for something that taste good, and is easy to prepare at work.

ive read a bit on yerba mate and i think i will sample some of that as i could use the picker-upper in the afternoon.

does anyone else have anything to recommend that i could try? good places to buy? what to watch out for?
