I think I'll get the granules; and mix it into my winter vegetable stew and soups. This is a reasonably good source of iodine.

I've lightened my load of Iodine therapy while trying this Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I won't hold for long. I still have quarts of Lugol's. I just want to make sure that if/when I'm cured, that I will know what did it. Also, I'm so tired of daily detox for months and months. I can't believe that I have this much garbage living in my body.
