I drink mine over the sink, over the years done more than 60-70 flushes. I find it easier to take it like a shot. 2-3 tsp ES in glass and put some hot water on it to disolve it. Add a little cold and throw it in the back of your throat and then drink water. Then let the faucet run and with your hand wipe your tonque and mouth.
I know it sounds detailed, but every time I do it I improve on my system.
Sometimes I let an altoid melt in my mouth for a while and spit it out.
My newest is I make a glass and add a few drops of stevia but I can't tell you if that is good advice or not. I do it anyhow.

Depending on my mood instead of 1 tbs (= 3tsp) I do 2 tsp. You can also do only the 8 pm ES with 1 tbs and the other ones less.

I have more trouble with OO, but do a simelar system over the sink splashing with water and 1 altoid, but through the process I keep my nose closed from beginning to and, especially when you breath between swallowing.
