I only have one small Amalgam left. I had 4 removed a few years ago. I had planned on getting them all removed, but I had bad effects. I didn't choose the right kind of dentist and I got lots of mercury in my body. I was dizzy from it for 2 years. I decided to leave the other one. Maybe some day if I find a biological dentist I'll get the last one removed. It's waay in the back on top so it doesn't get much wear and tear.

I used to use H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) for a rinse. It cleared up a sensitive tooth. It is one with a crown but no root canal.

When I first founf out about Miracle-Mineral-Supplement I went out and bought a mouth rinse (I was anxious to lose some chlorine dioxide and my order wasn't here yet) The rinse has sodium chloride as the main ingredient. However you have to read the insert to figure that out. On the bottle they call it OxyD-8. Anyway, now I am using that when I brush my teeth. I don't know the strength of it. Then sometimes I swish my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement doses before swallowing and sometimes not. I really don't know whether to keep using this mouth rinse since I have the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . The peroxide made my teeth white. I don't know if this rinse will do that. The product is called Therabreath made by Dr. Harold Katz. I think he first discovered and made oral products with chlorine dioxide.
