Hi newmother,
You may want to go a slower route, by start taking a small pinch of Epsom Salt with each meal and some extra calcium of some kind, and then drinking the Lemon and blackstrap molasses drink which I have been reccomending and start taking some good Probiotics to help your digestive system.

At the same time learn about the Acid Alkaline pH Balancing and things to help you.

You may find info in the Alkaline Acid forum and find more info where I have posted in the Candida Forum as well as some info in other forums and just link into where it says all of my post in that forum and maybe some of the ideas may help you?
