Thank you for the advice. I have never been a big red meat eater but I do eat lots of chicken and turkey. My son seems to be doing well he is 16 pounds and he is only 4 months old. He is also very tall not too chubby. I have recently found out that I have gallstones. I had started getting bad pains when I was pregnant with him and now I am told I need to do a flush, which also involves Epsom Salts . I hope it doesn't affect my milk.
