I've been taking it for about 5 days now. 1 drop upon waking. I then give it half an hour before I eat.

I must say though, discovering how effective and subsequently continuing with salt water bath's on a twice daily basis, is possibly the biggest breakthrough have had in ages, second only to finally realising my long standing problem was parasites.

On another thread, someone suggested parasites release their toxins,excrement into their surrounding area to make it more hospitable for them. I believe, that this also makes them less accessible to anti- parasite ingredients. This excrement also contains toxins that help to make us feel really unwell.

My head now feels lighter, and the cloves seem to be more effective at hitting those parasites in my head.

I only wish I had discovered this whilst I was cleansing, I have minimal doubt that I would be sitting here now free from parasites if I was salt water bathing whilst continuing to parasite cleanse.

It's all positive though, new year almost upon us and I am feeling really good now, a lot more vibrant. Although, I do have some slight die off ehadaches for a couple of hours after taking the cloves.

So thats me all set for the new year and content with my progress.
