I have no personal experience with this, but Machaelle Wright at Perelandra (www.perelandra-ltd.com) used it a lot to bring her body back into alignment when she was going through so many changes relating to her working with Nature. Her adventures are related in Dancing In The Shadow Of The Moon. Extraordinary.
