I've gone through one box so far...

There was some blackish residue with the baths that has decreased by now. So it would appear that it works as advertised. I do 2 baths a week.

Twice now the baths have caused my heart to pound. Not sure what that is about. It doesn't happen every time.

I sure do feel good though. I am on to my next box soon, a different recipe.
