Im thinking I may get some guts on my next flush (most likely tomorrow night, start the new year off clean) and actually try DRINKING the dissolved epsoms salts drink. Ive done 6 flushes so far, all of them I have used epsoms salts put in gelatin (uck) capsules. I was always scared I wouldnt be able to handle how the drink tasted and puke. But a lot of times Ive felt like the epsoms have lost their effectiveness. Ive taken a longer than normal break from flushing(flush 6 was carried out october 15th), and I feel my body is ready for another flush. Do you think I may have better results just drinking the pre-dissolved epsoms? I know Ive heard some people say they worry about the effectiveness of the capsules, where they have to break open and then dissolve inside of you. I want to get cleaned out really good.

Anyway the reason I was posting was does anyone have any tips on getting the drink down? I know some people mix it with apple juice, thats what I was planning on doing. And drinking it down quick with a straw wayyyy in the back of my throat. Anything else to help? Also, I know in the Clark instructions she says to mix the entire 4 tbs into the water all at once. Is it ok if I just mix a tablespoon into a small glass and do it one at a time that way?
