Thank you, Dr. Sutter. Advice I will indeed ponder...(but will not merely accept as gospel, or that would contradict your advice! Ironic! ;) I appreciate your response...I actually completely agree with you on many of your points. I have noticed my state of mind changes subtly depending on how much tv I watch--I now watch very little, and am conscious of what I do decide to watch. Thanks again, and happy new year!
