I have done this, on many different occasions. OR reading, while tired and thinking I am reading one thing and when I go back to reread it...it's like where did this come from? I did not see that!...LOL

Or when you have too much on your plate and your thoughts are speaking before you have time to filter them...big fruedian slips then!
