You may have a point if they really raise them like they say. Personally I don't put alot of faith in these claims....(I'm not saying these cows aren't healthier than the rest though.) But do you honesly think they'd bury a seriously diseased cow instead of selling it to the slaughterhouse? I don't. And regardless of any of that, the way you cook it can effect your health. You can't tell me that a steak that's been cooked over charcoal would be considered a health food.

Having said that I think its self-destructive to always deprive yourself of what you truly love. happy eating. S
