Pshew!!!Thanks, Doc! That's a relief indeed! I appreciate the quick reply. If you happen to read this response, I had one further question--unrelated--I know candida overgrowth can be exacerbated by stress. Do you think a regular meditation regimen could speed up recovery? I've never considered myself a great meditator, but if I knew it might speed up the recovery, that would be great incentive! Thanks!
