If my food has been very acidic I often put a tablet in my drinking water in daytime, though you want it to stay away from the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I have also used it for night leg cramps, my toes used to curl up, so I took 1-2 tablets before I went to bed.
Read about this on Dr.Clark's website, of course she tells you to buy the ingredients in the drugstore, but since the 5 years I have been on CZ that Alka Seltzer GOLD keeps coming up and things have to be easy for me. The first time I learned it from Dr.Kelley's liverflush.
