Keep away from Oil Pulling, I know of problems arising which have been deadly in some cases. Sometimes you'll have black eyes even though you've done everything going. Do the Christopher type cleanups and look after your liver and gallbladder. This means utilising a proper oil daily such as Virgin Pure Coconut Oil. Your eyes should get better after a little while on 1-3 tablespoons daily of this amongst other stuff you're follow. You'll also notice how they always promote the POISONOUS oils such as Sunflower for Pulling. Under NO circumstances take vegetables oils. Stick to the old and best, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil and so forth. All this modern crap is just that and extremely dangerous.
