Yeah, I did not make that one clear...

I do not feel guilty over eating chocolate (especially dark with lots of almonds - mmmmmmmm!!!!!), matter of fact I LOVE IT!!! Would not give it up, unless there would be something LOT better coming along... and so far I have not found anything even close to it :-) !!!

What I meant by "I know I should not be doing it" is the fact, that my blood Sugar seems to be all messed up and my pancreas on occasions feels painful and tender, and the damn white Sugar is the last thing I need in my body...
But, exactly as you said, life is too short and we all still humans, at least at this point, anyway!!
