My 'professional' disappointed me, Kalliopi. And I'll likely not go back to him, after 3 - 4 years of consultations.
But, I have another, who has shown me some marvelous things about kinesiology. I see her in less than a week.
I am determined to learn and practice muscle or pendulum or hand-testing.
My dh has been a gem, reading labels, making me wholesome treats, and making no demands on me at all. He is in his 80's and pampers me, bless his heart. He is the one who has great success with a pendulum. We are talking over how we might test everything in our cupboards. I'm thinking we could just test all the items we'll use for a meal, before we prepare it.
Once we eliminate excitotoxins, including the tobacco (sigh!), and foods we are sensitive to, we'll start on necessary cleanses and rebuilding.
(I have health 'issues'; he has fewer, if any.)
I have also found that it isn't wise for me to post when I'm feeling 'low'. My words just don't come out right.
MSG goes first. THEN I work on the other stuff...just in case the excitotoxins are the main culprit. :D
But, I'm working on good foods, clay baths, body-brushing, etc., in the meantime.
I re-read today that Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) could be worse than mercury!
That really ticks me off!
Maybe you'd like to know that I've done a real turn-around in my thinking, thanks to you. Re-reading your posts has been a Godsend!
Affectionately,
fledgling
