I hope you are doing well. Or in the least, better than you were over Christmas!

I agree with you about our bodies knowing what is best for us. I agree with that we choose to eat what we know is not best for us. I agree that our carnal and instant gratification is our downfall. I am working towards what is best for me. LOL Although not entirely there...YET.

When I spoke of eating the worse of the worst, it was not saying that we should do this, just if we did, we could have the food blessed by God (my name for Him) and the harm of the food will not be there.

At any rate, Hopinso, I wish for you a better year in 2008! I pray that you find better health!
