a while back i read that Food Grade H202 taken orally is great in the fight against hiv and other virus in the body. the time i read it i hadn't been diagnosed as hiv positive. So i was in a herbal store the other day and the guy recommended olive leaf, c. silver, and 35% food grade peroxide. I didn't have enough $ for everything but i thought there were several articles on h202, so i bought that. when i got home i searched this site and surprisingly i didn't find much on peroxide and h202, i thought there were a number of stories on this site about food grade peroxide, then i did a google search and disappointingly didn't find much promise. most seem published in early 2000 or the 90s. But, more seriously i saw SEVERAL disclaimers about drinking food grade peroxide.

THE HERBALIST GAVE ME THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND WOULDN'T SELL ME THE BOTTLE UNTIL HE FOUND THE INSTRUCTIONS.

"TO MAKE A 3% SOLUTION, USING 35% FOOD GRADE H202 AND DISTILLED WATER; FOR A GALLON OF 3%: REMOVE 10 oz. WATER FROM GALLON OF DISTILLED WATER AND ADD 10OZ. 35%."

so that ^ makes 3%. is that safe to consume orally?????? i've read online drinking peroxide can damage the stomach, ulcers, cause internal bleeding, cause vomitting, fainting, even death. so before i drink this 3% solution i've mixed, is this safe to drink??? have any of you tried this?

and i've heard a lot on this site and others about c. silver, zappers, peroxide and other natural products but i haven't heard anyone say they were cured. thanks for all responses.
