That's terrible to hear, i went cold turkey and never looked back, 2 years later and i feel great. Are you sure you are a type a? Make sure that you are eating the correct portions. I have a lot of unique health challenges such as hypoglycemia, glutten intolerance and dairy intolerance so i'm not quite sure where to begin other than to recommend that you make sure you don't have specific food allergies or anything. It may very well just be a sign of detox that you need to go through, if you have been unhealthy for most of your life then you have a lot of toxins accumulated in your body that'll need to come out. This site is an amazing source for cleansing, start doing Liver Flushes and bowel cleansing immediately is what i say!
