Just so we are clear;

IMO, things like Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , and Iodine use in the form of Lugol's, Iodoral, etc. should be limited to cases of medical need, not as a matter of normal, daily supplementation.

High quality food sources should be used for on-going health maintenance in an otherwise healthy individual... a balanced, healthy diet... conscious eating\juicing; whatever ones preference may be.

When we play with individual substances, we are going to upset the normal balance and play unknowingly with our genetic makeup... remember that environmental stressors, including food or substances ingested, cause adaptive responses in the living organism.

Lifetime or longterm use\dependency on a specific supplement of any kind is just as bad as a lifetime dependency on a drug... with the dependency having the potential of being passed on to ones offspring.
