You make an interesting point. Every so often my body says its had 'enough' magnesium and I let us the daily dose for a couple of days. Also with physical exercise you are supposed to alternate days to allow the body to make the necessary adjustments.

Thats an interesting concept and I hope others contribute their thoughts as well.
