Whether you cheat or don't, progress on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (or anything else) won't necessarily be linear. There will be days when you make significant progress, and other days when you seem to temporarily "hit a wall". Regardless, just keep on keepin' on, don't be discouraged.

It's believed by some that detox'ing is 'layered' in other words as you keep going, deeper layers of toxicity are dug out of your tissues and extricated or eliminated out of the body. Thus as you continue, older material will be brought out but not without some adverse reactions as you experience 're-tracing' as the body has to deal with these all over again for a period of time e.g. you're doing well on a protocol for several weeks then experience setbacks e.g. Candida symptoms returning. Stay the course, be mindful of your diet and watch your health steadily improve.
