ok, i wasn't planning on going off the wagon with the diet, i wasn't convinced it was all better with my candida just because i felt better, and it was only a slice of apple cake, some coffee and home made perogies with mushrooms...you just can't say no to your mother's labour of love on christmas, but i guess i paid the price!
.. i will keep on with the mms in the meantime and post my progress... also i will read up on the whole Iodine therapy as i do have three massive mercury fillings... but due to be removed this spring!
