Personally i'd rather starve or pick at a salad or drink water than eat what most resturaunts serve. If you are often in these positions, try eating before hand or asking the chefs if they can accomodate, also stock up on the new unibar which is a food bar that's good for all blood types, http://www.dadamo.com. They are spendy but can help in those situations
