I use the H202 in a bath too (also ACV, epsomsalts). I have also done the H202 internally going up to 25 drops and down again. When you read about it there are always pro's and con's.
I also use ozone sometimes for insufflation, I have a small generator and an oxygen tank. Also used ozonated water but found it too much trouble.
Now experimenting with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and see how it effects my body. Since we all have different needs there is no ONE answer for everybody. BTW I did not notice anything with H202 when I took it internally, but figured it probably helped something though I could not tell how or what.
