Clean is for you to decide.

I am on my 4th cleanse in 9 mos. (total of 62 days). Just today, I passed some old stuff (mucous). Not tremendous, but signfificnant. I could tell it was old.

So, it took me 60 plus days to be moving toward clean.

I mean, if you are considering decades of bad habits, 10 days is a drop in the bucket. (Powerful though).

10 days out of the year is less than 3% of a year.

Maybe it is a good idea to fast like 5 - 15% of the calendar year.
