Hi was wondering if anyone has experience with juice fasting to kill Candida.

So far i have done only a four day and a five day green juice fast. Both gave me good results, i had a lot of dead candida in the toilet after the fasts.

Anyone got any advice for my next one, i want to keep exercising, will this be safe. I'm pretty fit, but I'm already really skinny as i am. Should i keep exercising?

Any one eradicated bad body odour or leaky gut from fasting??
