My husband and I have been trying to conceive for quite sometime now. I am type A+ and I would like to know if there is some foods I should definitely avoid or definitely eat to help the process of menstruation. Has anyone been through this?

We refuse to take any kinds of fertility drugs and we haven't gone to the doctor yet for tests (because of insurance.) I am also open to trying herbs and alternative medicines.
