I get congested and lots of post nasal drips occasionally. I think I'm on a 3 day cycle. I also think my colon is attached to my nose.

I get this congestion; then later I realize that my bowels are irregular; then I realize that I'm not evacuating twice a day. By then, it is too late. I take more Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , it creates very mild diarrhea, then my congestion goes away. If it doesn't, I take an herbal supplement with casgara sagrada. Somehow, it is so important to keep the bowels moving to get rid of those toxins that cause inflammation in various parts of the body.
