I only added Triphala the last few cleanses I've done, as I hadn't heard of it before. It seems to me that the yeast cleared on Master-Cleanse up before Triphala, but that may have something to do with it. Each little piece of the puzzle effects the whole, after all! I never had a yeast issue before until after I got pregnant...that must've thrown my body into a new place, and I'm still finding the balance (although my daughter is now 8! Laughing!)

I agree that the experience is different for everyone. The cleanse, as simple as it is, is still so incredibly individualized that it is amazing! I was just concerned how many newbies seem worried about pulp because that was the voice out there, and that hadn't been my particular experience. Thanks for all your posts and support!
