Hi Totoro!
I can only respond to the pulp part. I still cannot say 100% either way as to whether removal of pulp helped to ease my hunger or not. I can say with certainty that it didn't hurt to do so.
I believe that pain (and other symptoms) are often the signs we need to help us understand what's going on with our body -- they don't always need to be treated but instead, adhered to, listened to. Yet, however brief, true hunger pangs weren't something I needed to suffer through during the MC, so I was willing to do anything within the Master-Cleanse boundaries to simply make it disappear. If it was all mental, I'll take that lol.
Lastly, there may be a bunch of others who, like me, wish they could have a nice juicer. Walking out on a limb here, but I would guess most folks have a little plastic top juicer with a glass jar attached to the bottom... one of those hand dingies. The only way to remove pulp after it's use is to strain with another item.
Great points. It *is* often mind over matter!
