I would reduce the dose significantly, drink lots if water and tea to support the kidneys. If you have diarrhea you don't need an enema. You need nutrients your body can absorb and use. Liquid anti-oxidants would be my choice. I'd buy some of the liquid vitamin supplements, the ones that come in the form of high nutrient juices, like noni, goji, heart formula, etc, and drink them as meal replacements. Hot lemonade made with ginger and pepperment, would also be good.
