The idea of your body getting rid of offenders through any means possible, including the lungs, makes a lot of sense. i definitely have been coughing things up -- i mean a lot -- and with relatively little discomfort.
I just got back from sitting in the sauna at the Y for quite awhile and everything cold related went away -- maybe because my body could get rid of things through sweating. i suppose too much conjecture is just a waste of time -- the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is definitely doing a lot of things.

some things I've noticed.
#1: eyes brighter
#2: even just over the last 5 days I've lost some weight I've never seen budge -- ever.
#3: I feel quite energetic and positive, despite being very stuffed up in my head
#4: i've been able to meditate and otherwise relax with great ease -- just seem to slip right into that "no mind" state that's normally so stubborn to achieve.

i'm a little nervous about upping the dosage...
