I agree with the second comment that you need to start out small. Also take in mind that if you fast you can risk gaining all the weight back; plan ahead to eat healthy after your fast.

I have experience scars healing during a fast. Stretch marks usually increased when weight lost was rapid. I would get a burning and tingling sensation where my scars were healing. This did not happen till I began to my 18th day fasting.
