I've heard of stretch marks disappearing after fasting on many occasions. Also, your palate will be greatly enhanced and will prefer vegetables and fruits. Can't remember about scars.

Try a week Water Fast and see how it goes. That will be a good start.

The palate and other senses will be greatly enhanced after a week, but i think the marks may take longer.
