Really? I began the product having a BM once a week, if I was lucky. When I began the program I was having BMs up to five times a day for the first three days and then it just stopped. I continued to use the Colonix for another ten days and produced nothing but constipation and heavy bloating. I drink plenty of water, the eight glasses a day recommended, and followed the directions religiously. I had to stop the program because I was so uncomfortable. Now I'm back to the same old crap, or lack there of. I'm considering using Oxypowder , have heard good things.
