I started using the product last August and I used it for the full 3 months and I can't say enough good about it. I like you, did not notice too much different until I started using wooden skewers to break it up a bit and then I could really notice the difference, I know that this sounds so gross. I still use the fiber powder a couple of time a week or when I feel that I have eaten something not too healthy. I will do the full program again in August for a month. Great Product!
