I think it's as effective and maybe even better. I sit in a dry sauna for at least thirty minutes. I slather on a thick layer of castor oil on my boobs and belly and immediately put a towel over them. Number one I use a public sauna so I don't wanna get oil allover and two I figure it's just like a flannel. I love it and have had great results so far.
